Remember back when you were a kid and you used to stuff 5 tablespoons of hot chocolate into warm milk… Well, we’ve got something better than that! Our Nutel-lico Hot Chocolate will leave you warm and craving more.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp of nutella
1 Cup of organic full cream milk
1/2 Cup organic thick cream
1/4 Cup Frangelico Liqueur
2 Tbsp St Agnes Brandy

Method
Hot Chocolate: Place small saucepan on stove. Do not turn on the heat just yet. Spoon into the saucepan two tablespoons of nutella, then add 1 cup of the organic full cream milk. Turn on stove (medium heat) and gently whisk the nutella and milk until it’s melted and there are no big lumps. Reduce the heat to low, add in 2 tablespoons of the thick cream, 3 tablespoons of the Frangelico Liqueur and 2 tablespoons of St Agnes Brandy. Stir to combine. Heat for approximately 2-3 minutes or until hot (do not boil as this will evaporate the alcohol) then turn off the heat. Allow mixture to settle.

Frangelico Liqueur Cream Peaks: Take the remaining thick cream and place in a medium sized bowl. Whisk until cream thickens and stiff peaks form (about 2 minutes). Gently fold in the remaining Frangelico Liqueur into the cream mixture (be careful not to over mix). Transfer the hot chocolate from the stove into two heatproof mugs. Add a dollop of Frangelico cream onto the top and sprinkle with coco powder.
